Moles in Astrology
The study of moles is called "Moleosophy". Like palmistry, tarot and numerology, Moleosophy or the study of moles is also a branch of astrology Moleosophy helps to understand what the moles located in different parts of ones body mean. Usually moles are found by birth but it is observed that moles appear also during one’s life time and also disappear, change their size and color. This is an indication of change of fortune. A raised mole is called a wart. Moles on the right side of a male body and left of a female body is considered auspicious. Honey brown, emerald green, and red colored moles are considered more auspicious and benefic than black moles.

Significance of size in Moles
Small moles--Small moles which are not so visible, will not give any results.
Big moles--Only big moles will produce results.
Long moles--Long moles give good results.

Square-- give bad results in the starting, but they produce good results by the end
Triangle-- produce mixed results, sometimes good and sometimes bad
Zigzag-- produce bad result

Light Colored Moles – lucky, moles in red color or honey color or green color will generally bring good fortune.
