Remedies for Moon ~ Chandra Dosha Shanti Upay
Worship of Moon God can be done by the following mantra taken from the Puran.
Dadhi Shankha tushaarabham ksheero darnava sambhavam
Namaami shashinam somam shambhor mukuta bhushanam
Cryptic Mantra :
Om shram sreem shraum sah chandraya namah
General Mantra :
Om Som Somay Namah
MOOLA MANTRA’:
Om Shram Sreem Shraum Sah Chandraya Namah
Gayatri Mantra of Chandra:
Om Ksheeraputraya Vidmahe Amruta-tatvaya Dhimahi Tanno Chandra Prachodayat
Other Gayatries of Chandra :
AUM Nisakaraaya vidmahe, kalanaathaya dhimahi, tanno Somah prachodayat.
AUM ATRI PUTRAYAI SAGRONDARYA DHIMAHI, TANNO CHANDRA
PRACHODAYAT
Any of the above given mantras can be chanted repeatedly for fixed numbers with faith and devotion. Chanting of this mantra should be done for 11,000 times during evening time.
